ICF is seeking a Project Analyst (SETA 2) to support science and engineering innovation programs at the National Science Foundation (NSF). Your work will contribute to enabling the U.S. to uphold its leadership in innovation in science and engineering. This role is hybrid in Alexandria, VA. The role involves supporting a wide range of technology, research and development, and programmatic tasks. The Project Analyst will provide technical and program support to program directors managing an R&D portfolio of awardees, assist with awardee management, milestone capture, and the development of program briefings and technical reports for NSF leadership and interagency partners. They will coordinate and participate in technical and programmatic discussions with government, industry, and other stakeholders to initiate new partnerships and program concepts, and coordinate and support technical meetings and conferences. The position requires providing high-level systems engineering and programmatic expertise to support the full life cycle of process and system improvement for current, expanding, and new TIP programs. Data analysis will be conducted (in coordination with the data analytics team) to draw valuable insights for programmatic decisions and improve communication. Ensuring a positive user experience for various programs is also a key responsibility. As needed, the role may involve serving as a team lead, managing the implementation of tasks and team member management. The Emerging Technology focus is on cutting-edge, high-risk, high-impact technologies that can revolutionize scientific research.
