Position Summary The Project Administrator provides critical administrative and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives across the full project lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation, coordinating communications across internal and external teams, and ensuring all project tracking activities remain accurate, current, and accessible to the appropriate stakeholders. A primary focus of this position is supporting the maintenance and ongoing management of detailed project plans. This includes updating tasks, timelines, dependencies, and milestones as the project progresses, and ensuring the plan remains aligned with the latest inputs from our team and client stakeholders. Consistent and accurate tracking is essential for maintaining visibility, identifying risks early, and keeping all stakeholders informed.
