About The Position

Audubon is currently seeking a Project Administrator located in our offsite office in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Project Administrator will provide a wide variety of administrative support for the Project Team and for the assigned discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The Project Administrator will prepare various documents, maintain project files, and ensure adherence to standard procedures while developing familiarity with engineering terminology and project control processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma AND 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Capable of reviewing and approving deliverables for consistency and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently within established guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Completes work according to standard procedures on assignments from the assigned Project Team.
  • Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, forms and other documents.
  • Generates reports to support project function.
  • Enters, updates, and maintains data within project database.
  • Edits and formats documents prepared by other team members to conform to Audubon standard formats.
  • Organizes and maintains project files and project Share Point site.
  • Reports administratively and receives direction from the Managers of Projects and functionally to assigned Project Leader.
  • Develops a familiarity with basic engineering terminology and project control processes such as scope definition, design development, scheduling, estimating, cost reporting, CADD/reprographics, and document control.
  • Uses the following office equipment, such as PC’s, printers, fax machines, copiers, telephone equipment, and various other office machines to complete work.
  • Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
  • Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
  • Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
  • Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements
