About The Position

Provide administrative support for a wide array of functions for the Center for Oral Health Policy and Management. Work with the Director to administer strategic initiatives and new projects working in collaboration with units. Participate in the planning, design and implementation of programs. Represent the office at new program planning and ongoing meetings and attend College wide events. Serve as a liaison to the administrative leadership of the Dean's Office and senior staff. Manage the activities of the College’s new global activities (e.g. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, China). Administer the Center for Oral Health Policy and Management's Working Group, which manages the activities of the Center on a weekly basis. Participate as an ex-officio member of its advisory board and serve as Curator. Engage and provide administrative support for several Center wide educational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of related experience in higher education, project management, planning operations or equivalent combination.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years experience in healthcare administration
  • Experience in balancing competing demands of managing an academic healthcare center.
