This position is responsible for performing administration and operational support functions to support general business and project operations. It involves assisting in day-to-day administrative and basic accounting functions of the business unit to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processes. The role includes processing accounts payable invoices, accounts receivable contract billings and collections, vendor setup, payroll, purchasing card reconciliation, and document control. It also involves providing communication to appropriate parties, assisting field operations with inquiries and administrative support, assisting with job set-ups, A/R collections, and internal/self-audits. Additionally, the position supports other functional leaders with administrative tasks, provides purchasing/shipping/receiving support, and assists with business development communications. This is a dynamic role with responsibilities subject to change.
