Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional, service-oriented approach with employees, clients, service providers, and suppliers

Nice To Haves

  • experience in a construction or project-based environment is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, guests, and deliveries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain office and lunchroom supplies for project teams
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Manage mail, boardroom bookings, project records, training materials, and administrative resources
  • Arrange travel, events, meetings, and office relocations as needed
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth site operations
  • Maintain and validate project data in Excel and company systems for accurate reporting
