About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Project Administrator to support the Director of Project Development and oversee the daily administrative operations of the project development department. This role is responsible for managing project accounting for active construction projects, maintaining construction documents and filing systems, processing permits and invoices, coordinating meetings, tracking warranties and project closeouts, and supporting project managers with vendor and contractor coordination.

Requirements

  • At least two years of construction office administration experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid Florida driver’s license
  • Ability to occasionally travel throughout company properties and enter active construction sites as needed
