This role involves conducting complex analyses and providing support to assigned operational program areas. The primary focus is to lead, direct, and coordinate the identification, prioritization, planning, programming, and project development oversight for district operations' transportation projects. The position also entails providing resource management oversight for workload, manpower, and contract/consultant requirements for defined operations and operations-maintenance programs. Additionally, it involves developing and managing appropriate project performance metrics in consultation with district operations anchors, and serving as a liaison to the District Planning and Investment Manager and the Operations Division ITS Project Development.
