About The Position

The Project Administrator, Construction plays an important role in the organization by performing several activities related to the company’s Construction function. The role is primarily responsible to ensure that all projects within the UT3 Alpine Construction branch are tracked and completed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Minimum one year experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.

Responsibilities

Create and manage the Builder LO program to ensure the highest capture rate for our LO's that work with builders
Create, manage, accountability and execution with reporting
Work closely with third-party project reviewers (e.g., Zonda Enterprise)
Work closely with National Builder Manager to manage projects
Create new efficiencies within the UT3 Alpine Construction department
Create better risk management reporting
Ensure all other departments are in sync with the Builder Program
