About The Position

We are seeking a Project Administrator 2 to provide administrative and project support for RH2 Engineering, and subsidiary, Control Systems NW (CSNW) teams. Working under the direction of RH2 and CSNW project managers, this role supports the project team by preparing contracts, assisting with procurement, coordinating meetings and documentation, and maintaining accurate project deliverables. The ideal candidate is an adaptable team player with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills who is willing to take on whatever is needed and works well with many different teams in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to supporting successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business administration, Technical Writing, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of administrative experience in professional services or construction administration environment required.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Abode PDF), intermediate proficiency level.
  • Prior experience with Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Demonstrated time management skills, work under pressure, ability to prioritize tasks, and support team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and good organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of project contracts, subconsultant agreements, correspondence, and other documentation, following quality, document control, and compliance procedures to meet internal standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and distributors to issue purchase orders for material procurement, and track shipping and receiving of materials.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting communications, and assisting with travel reservations and expense reports.
  • Coordinate and attend project meetings, draft agendas, document key action items and decisions, and distribute information as directed.
  • Support communication between team members and project managers, and help keep the project team informed about changes and deadlines, as directed.
  • Special tasks and projects may be assigned.
  • Backup office support for the Office Coordinator.
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned.
