Responsibilities

Assist Project Accountants in preparing and submitting detailed and accurate invoices of reimbursable costs for maintenance and construction projects to clients.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments, field personnel, and client representatives to gather invoicing information and resolve issues.
Work collaboratively with other Project Accountants and provide assistance when a co-worker's workload requires it.
Undertake special projects such as client audits and system conversions as directed by Project Accountants and Project Accounting Management.
Assist Project Accountants in preparing detailed and accurate month-end accruals.
Research, report, and explain billing transactions to Accounting Management.
Perform additional assignments as directed by a supervisor.
