Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' professional services invoicing experience with Deltek Vision

Responsibilities

  • Setup new projects in Vantagepoint and process change orders, including conducting project setup calls with PMs and billers.
  • Ensure correct revenue recognition at all levels and establish Target ELM with PMs.
  • Review vendor invoices, code consultant/subcontractor expenses, and set up contracts/projects/tasks in accounting software.
  • Produce draft invoices for review by contract Principals/PMs and submit them according to client requirements, completing any necessary forms.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and manage outstanding Work in Progress (WIP), coordinating with project Principals/PMs.
  • Submit contracts requiring certified payroll reporting information and close contracts, ensuring all revenue is recognized in coordination with PMs and the Finance Manager.
  • Upload/submit information for audit payments for clients and obtain Certificates of Insurance (COI) from insurance brokers for new and existing projects.
  • Process adjustments with Project Managers and work with regional managers on overall operations, including contracts, projects, WIP, receivables, and resources.
  • On-board new employees and provide training on timesheets and expenses.
  • Assist regional managers with proposals related to employee hourly rates.
  • Assist the VP, Operations Controller with standardizing processes and procedures.
  • Support the Finance Manager with FAR audits and assist F&A with the monthly close process.
  • Complete ad hoc requests from regional managers, Finance Manager, Operations, or F&A.
