The Project Accountant 2 position is a key role within our Construction and Operations Team. This role works cross functionally with many departments to manage Small Project Accounting from project review and set up through final project close out. This role is Hybrid- Seattle, Washington and does require you to be in office 4 days per week. A day in the life… Manage contract administration process for Consultants and General Contractors Manage project set up in Oracle and Purchasing systems (POMS) Review projects for correct Fixed Asset classification and use tax assessment Ensure accurate documentation of project transactions, maintaining organized records for auditing and internal review purposes Lead On-Site Store Fixture Installation Process, traveling as needed Contribute positively to overall daily functioning of the team and cross train employees as needed Review operating requirements, practices and procedures determining whether improvements can be made and implement changes as appropriate
