About The Position

The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse delivers direct care or influences care for acutely ill patients who are moderately stable but at an increased risk for instability. The unit provides advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions through specialized knowledge and experience. The position works nights from 1900 to 0730, every other weekend, and requires holiday coverage.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience.
• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license; a valid Oregon RN license is required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• AHA ACLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent verification for compliance with CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing.

Nice To Haves

• PCU experience.
• Basic EKG experience.
• Experience in a similar clinical setting.
