Requirements
- A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment (Monday-Friday on day shift).
- Major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or Computer Science
- The ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Success in working with other people or team to meet a common objective.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office® Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Currently enrolled full time at an accredited four-year college or university.
- US citizen, permanent resident or otherwise authorized to work for Michelin on an ongoing, indefinite basis. This position is not available for immigration sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on manufacturing experience where your work will directly improve shop performance and operator outcomes.
- Receive practical training in industrial engineering fundamentals.
- Lead real improvement activities.
- Work alongside experienced IE mentors and shop leaders.
