The coordinator will also survey residents to gauge interest in activities, help develop daily exercise programming, and communicate with the Director of Activities to ensure effective program implementation. Feedback on programming effectiveness is crucial, as is setting up for and cleaning up after activities, organizing supplies, and managing inventory. Safety is paramount, requiring good practices and immediate reporting of concerns. The role also includes assisting with marketing events, creating promotional materials, managing volunteers, and potentially scheduling transportation or driving vehicles. Ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting any issues are also key responsibilities.
