The Programming Specialist, ITCE, is a full-time, permanent position responsible for leading the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of specific program portfolios (Agriculture & Horticulture; Animal Science & Business; Trades and Skills). This role ensures programs meet the evolving needs of learners, industry partners, and the community by collaborating with subject matter experts, college stakeholders, and external organizations.
