About The Position

Mud Club is a pediatric occupational therapy program built around gaming, community, and digital experiences, with Minecraft being a major component. The organization is seeking a Programming & Product Development Manager to lead and scale its programming and content production. This role involves making the existing programs more ambitious, organized, and scalable, with a strong emphasis on production execution. The manager will lead people and processes, focusing on strong execution, consistency, and follow-through in areas such as annual/seasonal/weekly programming, Minecraft activities, Clubhouse and streaming content, production timelines, creator coordination, idea testing, feedback integration, workflow development, and new experience creation. The role requires understanding the value of games for children and translating programming objectives into engaging experiences, potentially developing digital products. Technological fluency and an interest in AI, modern digital experiences, and prototyping are important. The ideal candidate will have a background in areas like camp/youth programming, gaming communities, content production, EdTech, or startups, and possess strong organizational, leadership, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead programming and content production, making it more ambitious, organized, and scalable.

  • Oversee annual, seasonal, and weekly programming planning.
  • Manage Minecraft activities, challenges, and special events.
  • Oversee Clubhouse and streaming content production.
  • Manage programming and content-production timelines.
  • Coordinate creators, facilitators, and other contributors.
  • Lead the testing and improvement of new ideas.
