About The Position
Two terrific, full-time openings have come available for a 5 Axis Programmer and 5 Axis Machinist with experience in the contract manufacturing arena to join a cutting edge, extremely stable organization. Requirements
- 5 – 10 years programming and/or machining experience with 5 Axis CNC
- Strong background with Multitasking and Mill-turn machines in contract manufacturing
- Working knowledge of CAD and CAM software is a MUST
- GD&T Tolerance is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with metals, specifically aluminum & aluminum casting is a HUGE PLUS
Responsibilities
- Create CAD/CAM databases, CAD models, and CAM process models
- Perform various machining operations including complex set-ups
- Create CNC Programs for multitasking and mill-turn machine tools
