About The Position

The Programmer / Developer will support operations by developing software that integrates with and serves as a front end for the Quantum Aviation system. The software operates within an integrated process structure for efficiently handling aircraft engine repair. The developer will work with IT professionals who support existing in-house applications and guide the development of new applications to accelerate data entry and improve enterprise processes.

Requirements

• C# WinForms and Oracle development skills.
• VB .NET skills to support the legacy code base.
• Experience in a Windows Server environment.

Nice To Haves

• Oracle DBA skills.
• Crystal Reports .NET.
• Quantum ERP experience.
• Aviation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the production environment by monitoring for and fixing bugs.
• Resolve user-created data-entry and process errors and develop methods to prevent them.
• Further develop processes and routines to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop new applications as required by the process structure.
• Support basic Oracle functions, including schema restores for environmental handling and accounting month-end work.
