About The Position
This role involves cohesively working with all supervisors to provide thorough training to all machinists, ensuring they have a full understanding of machine diagnostics and best practice machining expectations. The apprentice will partner with machinists to troubleshoot programs, tooling, and quality issues to gain an understanding of production limitations.
Requirements
- CAD/CAM Experience
- Strong Programming background
- Strong Mathematical aptitude in Trigonometry and Geometry
- CNC Technical Degree with 2-3 yrs. programming and machining experience.
- 3 or more years of strong, proven leadership experience in a Manufacturing Environment.

- Metallurgical knowledge
