About The Position

StarTekk is adopting digital transformation to accelerate organizational growth, increase efficiencies, and help Star Workforce achieve focused business goals. The employee will help identify and bridge business gaps by analyzing data and scaling and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

The role supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of public-facing applications. It requires technical expertise in .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Angular, along with requirements analysis and collaboration with business stakeholders. The position also involves translating business needs into technical designs and development tasks, supporting applications throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Angular.
• Strong experience developing scalable, maintainable enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and learn new technical environments quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in structured environments with established standards, methodologies, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Angular.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, system architecture, and development tasks.
• Perform coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and application support.
• Participate in discovery sessions, requirements elicitation, and process modeling.
• Provide technical guidance on feasibility, system constraints, and development standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, quality, and governance standards.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
