Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Three (3) years of related experience, that includes software system design, programming and/or software systems and software support
An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and job-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
Knowledge of Relational database design, stored procedure creation, and query building using SQL Server
Knowledge of Page layout using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms, and ASP.NET Core
Knowledge of VBScript and (classic) ASP
Knowledge of Angular 2/TypeScript
Knowledge of Microsoft IIS 7/10, Self-Hosted server
Knowledge of Architecture principles, OOPS, Unit testing and Test-Driven Development
Skill in Creating and maintaining SSRS Reports
Skill in Analytical, critical thinking and problem solving
Skill in Structured source control using Microsoft Team Foundation Server
Skill in Angular, JQuery and JavaScript
Skill in Design patterns and OOPS
Skill in Agile process
Skill in Microsoft .net and web application
Skill in Database performance evaluation and data forensics
Skill in VB6/COM Objects
Ability to Establish and maintain positive working relationships.

Supports deployment of applications into production and maintain after release.
Coordinates with other team members to brainstorm and create new processes for the Judicial Branch to use in day-to-day operations.
Focuses continually on developing business knowledge and product/feature expertise.
Utilizes source control to label, package, and deploy applications utilizing best practices procedures/techniques.
Follows industry practices of analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance/production support of custom applications software.
Tests developed applications for accuracy, efficiency, and stability.
Coordinates with other team members to assist on a variety of other development needs and practices.
Mentors and trains less experienced staff members.
Assists on customer support issues resolving any application issues and/or errors.
