About The Position

GTT is seeking a Programmer/Analyst with .NET experience for a 6-month contract position in Montgomery, AL. This role requires the candidate to work 100% onsite and involves database design, SQL, and web development technologies. The position is a contract role with potential for conversion to a merit-based hire after the initial 6 months. GTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, valuing diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience as a .NET developer or software developer
• 5 years of experience in database design and SQL
• 5 years of experience with web development technologies, including ASP.NET, MVC, and API
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification in .NET development or related technologies
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of database systems, cloud computing platforms, and SQL
• Familiarity with software version control systems (DevOps)
• Working know-how of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of security best practices in software development
