About The Position

The Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector (ATC) is recruiting for a Programmer Analyst I-Recurrent to design, develop, and implement advanced software systems using the latest technology available. The Programmer Analyst I will exhibit journey-level programming skills; provide production support analysis, design, and programming; assume primary responsibility for less complex new development projects; and function in a support role on major new development project teams. Programmer Analyst I's are typically assigned to a team rather than to particular projects. The resulting eligible list will be used to fill current and future vacancies within the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector (ATC) office only. Recurrent positions are in the unclassified service. Incumbents shall be considered at-will, serve at the discretion of the appointing authority, and will not attain status as a regular county employee. Requirements

• Two (2) years of work experience in a production environment (within the past five (5) years), performing analysis and programming for the purpose of developing business applications and/or experience with .Net/.Net Core C#/ASP.net SQL Server Full-stack web development (React.JS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript ES6) Enterprise Financial and Government Business Applications.
• Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed coursework in programming, computer science, or software engineering. (A copy of transcripts is required unless you have a bachelor's degree in a qualifying field.)

Nice To Haves

• Strong understanding of all aspects of enterprise software development; Windows, Web, database, and reporting skills.
• Experience with .Net Web technologies, C#, HTML5, CSS3, XML, AJAX, REST, and JSON.
• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle changes in business requirements and set priorities across multiple projects.
• Good communication skills, ability to manage project tasks independently and communicate with clients.
• Ability to formulate and optimize/troubleshoot advanced SQL Queries.
• Experience with SharePoint
