Requirements
- Entering in customer order specifications in CNC machines
- Inspecting produced components for conformity to design specifications using precision measuring tools
- Monitoring and troubleshooting machine operations
- Adjusting machines to maintain quality standards
- Creating and maintaining documentation and records of CNC programs and machine specifications
Responsibilities
- Responsible for entering in a customer’s order specifications in CNC machines in preparation for production
- Inspects produced components for conformity to design specifications using precision measuring tools
- Monitors and troubleshoots machine operations, adjusting maintain quality standards
- Creates and maintains documentation and records of CNC programs and machine specifications
