About The Position

As a Programme Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of the Digital Portfolio by working collaboratively across the Digital Project Management Office (DPMO). You are responsible for coordinating the operational and tactical aspects of programme delivery, ensuring performance is monitored effectively and governance practices are consistently applied. This role provides direct support to the Digital PMO Lead, contributing to programme oversight through the development and maintenance of programme and project documentation, coordination of meetings and governance activities, financial monitoring, and the creation of status, analytical, and quality assurance reports. You will also support project teams to ensure alignment with programme objectives, promote consistency in delivery practices, and help maintain visibility across the portfolio to enable informed decision-making and strategic alignment. This role is fixed term for a period of 2 years.

  • A visual storyteller who loves turning complex information into clear, compelling dashboards, reports and visuals that genuinely help people understand what’s going on and make better decisions.
