The United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) operates globally, providing resettlement opportunities to refugees through a network of IOM-managed Resettlement Support Centers (RSCs), movement operations, migration health services, and associated program support functions. IOM Washington provides strategic oversight and direction for all USRAP operations, supporting global partners including the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Refugee Processing Center (RPC), and other stakeholders. The Office of the Global Programme Coordinator in Washington DC oversees all USRAP resettlement activities undertaken by IOM globally. Under the overall supervision of the Global Programme Coordinator, USRAP, and the direct supervision of the Senior Programme Support Coordinator, USRAP, the Programme Coordinator, USRAP Finance and Budget, will have the following duties and responsibilities:
