About The Position

Citi is evolving its current commerce offerings and branching into new avenues of growth by offering merchants access to high value cardmembers across Citi’s digital properties and partner placements. By combining Citi’s scale, trusted customer relationships, and real purchase insights, the business delivers advertising that is relevant to customers and drives measurable, incremental impact for advertisers. Someone who is equally comfortable setting a long-term team vision and rolling up their sleeves on technical requirements, and who takes pride in building campaigns that perform, scale, and evolve with the market. If you've spent your career leading large-scale programmatic media teams and you're ready for the challenge of a lifetime, this is the role. The Programmatic Media Group Manager will lead the team managing the day-to-day execution of Citi Commerce operations, ensuring seamless campaign setup, delivery, and performance across Citi’s owned and partner channels. This role is critical to building operational excellence from the ground up, including inventory management, campaign trafficking, and process development to support scalable growth.
