By combining Citi's scale, trusted customer relationships, and real purchase insights, the business delivers advertising that is relevant to customers and drives measurable, incremental impact for advertisers. As the Product Manager, you will support the Product team in executing against Citi Commerce's product roadmap across a defined set of ad and offers capabilities. You will be deeply embedded in the build process, contributing to business requirements, partnering closely with technology teams, and ensuring every capability that ships meets commercial and technical standards. The Product Manager is a key member of the Citi Commerce Product team, supporting the development and execution of Citi Commerce's ad and offers capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Product, this individual will contribute to the translation of business and commercial requirements into detailed technical specifications, serving as a day-to-day partner to technology teams as Citi Commerce builds its ad serving, targeting, and measurement capabilities. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of business and technology. The Product Manager will work closely with the Product Lead and broader product team, supporting business requirements documentation, assisting with third-party integrations, and ensuring every capability that ships meets commercial and technical standards.
