About The Position

Phreesia is expanding its Network Solutions business with the launch of a unique audience solution for programmatic media — connecting healthcare providers (HCPs) with relevant, privacy-safe content experiences. As our Programmatic Manager, you’ll own campaign strategy, setup, activation, and ongoing optimization across demand-side platforms, serving as the primary day-to-day internal point of contact for a managed book of business. You'll be hands-on throughout the full campaign lifecycle — from planning and technical setup through performance monitoring, optimization, and post-campaign analysis. Success in this role means delivering flawless campaign execution, translating data into actionable insights, solving problems quickly, and partnering across teams to create exceptional outcomes for clients. If you're a confident self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys combining technical expertise with strategic thinking, we'd love to meet you.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on programmatic media experience across display, video, and CTV with direct activation experience in one or more major DSPs.

  • Are familiar with tagging, ad serving, campaign management platforms, and audience solutions.
  • Are curious about how AI can improve media workflows and enjoy sharing new ideas with your team.
  • Have experience with tools such as FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM360), Swoop, Crossix, Excel, or other business intelligence and analytics platforms.
