About The Position

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a part-time Program Support Worker to perform a variety of essential tasks, including data entry, data maintenance, phone coverage, receptionist duties, and clerical functions at our Batavia location. As a Program Support Worker at GCBHS, you will perform a variety of essential tasks, including data entry, data maintenance, phone coverage, receptionist duties, and clerical functions at specific GCB sites. Your role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Windows 95 or higher required
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
• Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility with assignments
• Excellent filing skills
• Ability to work well under supervision and independently
• Ability to function as a team player
• Ability to communicate with people in stressful situations
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Good problem-solving skills and communication skills to assist staff and clients
• Basic computer knowledge

Nice To Haves

• Experience dealing with the public
• Some courses in a social sciences field
• Previous experience with Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
• Previous data entry experience
