About The Position

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Program Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for the effective administration of business operations for an office, department, or division. The specialist will support the planning and implementation of information, business, and management projects, programs, or services, using discretion in organizing, analyzing, and reporting research results. The position involves interfacing with internal/external customers and vendors to determine business or program support needs, and may include billing/charge-back responsibilities. The Program Support Specialist will serve as a liaison between ASH representatives and internal/external customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication and managing expectations. They will resolve client requests and questions, provide analysis of situations, and participate in quality improvement activities by recording and analyzing trends. The role also includes developing reports, coordinating referrals to technical, professional, or service personnel, and potentially performing property delegate functions to assist with accountable property management. The specialist will ensure acceptable administrative services are provided within budget, on schedule, and with minimal disruption, carrying out recurring office procedures independently. Reviewing outgoing materials for consistency and conformance, obtaining proper clearances, and composing correspondence requiring technical understanding are also key duties. Finally, the role requires assisting in maintaining documentation.

Requirements

  • AA/AS in related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must.
  • Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance.
  • Verification of past employment, education and references is also required.
  • Candidates must be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.

Responsibilities

  • May perform property delegate functions to assist manager of accountable property to support ASH property custodians.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation.
  • Assure that acceptable administrative services are provided to the client within budget, on schedule and with a minimum of disruption.
  • Carrie out recurring office procedures independently.
  • Review outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with office procedures; assures that proper clearances have been obtained.
  • Compose correspondence requiring some technical understanding.
