Program Support Specialist
About The Position
This role involves analyzing and interpreting training and program data to support leadership decision-making. The specialist will collect, validate, and manage data from multiple sources, developing reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses. They will also conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities, and support certification and accreditation compliance through accurate documentation. Evaluating quality reviews, process audits, and instructor/customer feedback, as well as maintaining databases, records, and data standards are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights that improve training programs and organizational performance.
Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables).
- Ability to build queries, analyze large datasets, and develop meaningful reports.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace.
