The Program Supervisor is an entry-level management position responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Success First program. This role involves supervising multidisciplinary teams, coordinating service needs, and collaborating with other service providers and agencies. The Program Supervisor may also provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed staff and supervise student interns. The Success First program serves children and youth aged 0-21 who are at risk of losing their placement, including those involved with the foster care or juvenile justice systems, experiencing psychiatric hospitalizations, suspensions/expulsions, and eating disorders. Services are delivered in clients' homes, schools, or communities, with the goal of reducing placement disruptions by improving clients' ability to manage their mental health needs. Clients typically remain in the program for 3-6 months.
