About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking Program Supervisors to provide individualized, person-directed support in programs serving people with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. The Program Supervisor provides leadership and oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs. The role helps ensure that Keystone Human Services and its subsidiary programs meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations, while also performing direct support duties according to the program schedule and programmatic needs. This is a full-time, non-exempt position paying $24 per hour.

Requirements

One of the following: a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or a related field; an associate’s degree with sixty credited hours and one year of experience in human services or a related field; or a bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or a related field.
Ability to successfully complete and maintain required Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications, and other trainings mandated by regulation within specified timeframes, as applicable.
Effective communication skills and proficient computer skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.
