About The Position

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services is seeking a Program Supervisor for their on-campus program in Berwyn, PA. This role involves supervising direct support professionals and managing the daily operations of assigned residential facility(s) to ensure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals. The program serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, aiming to foster happiness, self-fulfillment, and social integration. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
Three (3) years of human service experience required with adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities.
Possess a valid license.
Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing.
Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more.
Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision.
Occasional use of computers and office equipment.
Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes.

Responsibilities

Supervise direct support professionals.
Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s).
Assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals.
Ensure services are in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements.
Complete eight days of new hire orientation class.
Meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
