Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related field working with children, families, community services, behavioral health, or educational programs
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance required

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with case management, community-based services, staff development, or program operations preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, supervision, and ongoing development for team members through training, coaching, performance feedback, and support with evidence-based practice implementation
  • Coordinate day-to-day program operations, manage caseload distribution, facilitate staff meetings, and identify staffing needs to ensure effective service delivery
  • Support compliance efforts by monitoring documentation, service authorizations, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Contribute to budget planning, strategic initiatives, marketing activities, and regional development efforts that support program growth and sustainability
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, audits, and continuous improvement efforts while providing direct services to families as needed
