About The Position

Responsible for overall management of the East Street Independent Living Program (ILP). The East Street Independent Living Program supports 6 transition age youth with housing, case management, and development of independent living skills. The Program Supervisor is responsible for supervising program staff, program budget, staff scheduling, program purchases, strategic planning, and assure the safety, nurturance, and care of the residents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services required
• Extensive experience in child welfare, youth programming, and/or related fields
• Willingness and capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as scheduled and on-call responsibilities
• Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial and socioeconomic issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of automobile insurance and registration required

• Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay
• Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay
