About The Position

Rudolph Community & Care is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee the operations of one house, working closely with their team to provide exceptional care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1+ year of leadership.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including high behaviors.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and meet other physical demands.
Valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop DSPs to deliver person-centered care.
Manage staffing schedules, approve timecards, and provide on-call support as needed.
Ensure site adherence to 245D regulations and licensing standards.
Collaborate with guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers.
Maintain records, budgets, and medication audits.
Oversee meal planning, activities, and home maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
