About The Position

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Full-Time Program Supervisor to assist clinical staff providing services in our Outpatient program. This position will provide orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support to Outpatient Clinicians. We are looking for a Program Supervisor in the Greater Phoenix area - SAGE has offices throughout all of Maricopa Co. - your office will be determined by your location.

Requirements

• Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field

Nice To Haves

• Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) - (licensed by AZ-BBHE)
• At least two (2) years’ experience providing substance abuse counseling and group counseling
• Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices
