JOB SUMMARY: The Program Supervisor II (PS II) oversees the day-to-day operations of Think Together specialized programs (e.g. High Dosage Tutoring, Accelerators, Yard Duty, Intervention Services, etc.) across 2–8 school sites. This role ensures that all programs are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with established policies, school-day priorities, and district contracts. The PS II directly supervises 10–25 frontline staff members, provides coaching and guidance, and serves as the primary liaison for school administrators, parents, and community partners. The PS II excels at managing dynamic program environments, supporting staff performance, and delivering a consistently high-quality experience for students. This position may require flexible scheduling, including after-school hours and non-instructional days (e.g., summer, spring, and winter sessions).
