OUR VALUES HOPE values: Humility, Ownership, Perseverance, Engagement The Program Supervisor II for the Comprehensive Counseling and Support Services (CCSS) Program provides leadership, oversight, and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, family support, and case management. This role involves leading a team of Specialist IIs and Transportation/Visitation Workers, and it includes overseeing and coordinating all program activities. Key responsibilities involve monitoring daily schedules, training staff, and supervising performance. The Program Supervisor ensures that staff are thoroughly trained in implementing a trauma-informed approach and are aligned with our HOPE values and the culture of Child and Family Service (CFS). The Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that program goals are met, services are culturally responsive and trauma-informed, and that staff adhere to all applicable regulations, contracts, and ethical standards. Additionally, the supervisor may manage up to 6 cases, with 1-2 participants per case.
