Rate 24.00 Adult Services is looking for a program supervisor for our Intensive Care Residential Homes in West Chester and Berwyn. As a program supervisor you will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess and maintain valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services or related field
  • Three (3) years of human service experience required.
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.

  • Be empathetic, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, understand the theories of behavior management and positive reinforcement, and represent yourself as a positive role model.
  • Additionally, you must be able to complete eight days of new hire orientation class, have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs and possess a valid license.
