About The Position

The Program Supervisor plays a key role in delivering high-quality services to individuals by combining direct support responsibilities with program coordination and administrative support. This position ensures accurate documentation, effective program implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting team collaboration and individual outcomes. You’ll work directly with people in need of assistance, and/or living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs. Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Person-centered, patient, and kind.
• Dependable, adaptable, flexible.
• Observant and detail oriented.
• Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team.
• Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
• Computer skills for documentation.
• Good communication skills (reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members).

Nice To Haves

• A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at Day programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
