The Crisis Program Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing residential and community-based services for individuals in crisis. This position provides leadership to direct care teams, ensures compliance with support plans, and upholds quality assurance standards. The role also requires collaboration with families, guardians, administrative staff, and agencies like the Department of Mental Health (DMH). You will ensure person-centered support that promotes independence, safety, and overall well-being.
