Program Supervisor (BCBA)
About The Position
Cortica is growing and seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team in a brand-new location in Tempe! This is an exciting opportunity to be the first BCBA and a part of a founding team. We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes, grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30–45 minute commute).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification required
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload with approximately 70-80% in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance.
- Collaborate with transdisciplinary partners across specialties.
- Support the performance and operational needs of Behavior Technicians (BTs).
- Participate in internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
- Engage in Clinical Rounds and company-wide meetings.
- Progress through the clinical ladder (BCBA I-IV).
- Potentially grow into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles.
