Program Success Manager
About The Position
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure smooth operation and cohort company success during the 20-week MCP Accelerate Program. The Program Success Manager will work together with other Accelerate Success Managers to organize, execute, and innovate our MCP Accelerate Program. This position will be responsible for managing biannual 20-week Accelerate Program, serving as a point of contact for cohort companies, developing and executing operational and technical onboarding, developing and maintaining key metrics, and assisting with strategic expansion of the Accelerate Program.

- Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing biannual 20-week Accelerate Program.
- Serve as a point of contact for cohort companies participating in the Accelerate Program.
- Develop and execute operational and technical onboarding for selected companies in combination with technical and education teams.
- Develop and maintain key metrics to ensure Program success and facilitate the Mayo Clinic Internal Committee review.
- Assist with strategic expansion of the Accelerate Program.
