About The Position

Booster is a school fundraiser on a mission to change the world, serving schools and millions of students nationwide by reinventing how schools do fundraising. The Program Specialist role is crucial for Booster's growth, as they will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. Program Specialists will serve on campus with excellence, help schools reach their fundraising goals, and positively impact students by continually displaying enthusiasm, professionalism, and intentionality to serve schools with remarkable client care. This role is ideal for someone who wants to do fun, impactful work alongside a community of world-changing leaders, learn valuable skills, receive coaching, and grow personally and professionally. Booster hires both full-time and part-time Program Specialists.

Requirements

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation
• Able to pass Booster's Background and Motor Vehicle check
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Able to be active and on your feet while on campus
• Full-day availability from 7 am - 4 pm on work days

Responsibilities

• Teaching and presenting character curriculum to students in schools daily.
• Setting up and hosting the Boosterthon Fun Run.
• Motivating students to raise funds for their school.
• Engaging with teachers, parents, and administrators.
• Learning and understanding business models and principles.
• Being a part of a team that models Fitness, Leadership, and Character to others.
