About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Programming and Documentation, the Program Specialist oversees daily operation of evidence-based practice/best practice programming. The Program Specialist supports program development and organizational objectives, while ensuring that patient goals for recovery, stabilization, and community re-integration are supported by appropriate services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology field preferred.
- Five years of work experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting preferred.
- Knowledge of milieu management, group dynamics, individual and family treatment, biological aspects of psychological illness.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and skills.
